DE was proud to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony today at recently completed street segments in St. Bernard Parish that underwent repairs due to damages caused by Hurricane Katrina. DE has provided design engineering and resident inspection services for fourteen (14) streets throughout the Parish that have involved asphalt/concrete rehabilitation, striping, and the installation of bicycle lanes.
