Digital Engineering Team Members Make Firm Profit Partner

Digital Engineering is proud to announce two new firm profit partners: Andrew Woodroof, P.E. and David LeBreton, P.E., PTOE. These promotions went into effect January 1, 2019.

DE’s criteria for becoming a profit partner includes, but is not limited to, development of new clients, client retention and expansion growth, quality of work product and individual character, firm management and leadership, compliance with firm policies, and teamwork. The overall objective of encouraging an employee to become a profit partner is to strengthen the firm technically and financially by ones work ethic, professionalism, attitude, technical abilities, and business management and business development skills as well as develop future ownership partners.

 Andrew is a Senior Project Manager in DE’s Water Resources Division with ten years of experience involving storm water management, coastal engineering, and water, wastewater and drainage design. In addition to serving as ASCE New Orleans Chapter Treasurer/Vice President, Andrew was the recent recipient of the “2018 ACEC Young Professional of the Year Award” and completed the “ACECL Emerging Leaders Program.” A graduate of LSU in 2008, Andrew joined DE in September 2011.

David is a Senior Project Manager in DE’s Transportation Division with eleven years of experience in traffic studies, traffic operations, roadway and drainage design, and construction phase services. David has completed the “ACECL Emerging Leaders Program” and is also the National Policy/Legislative Committee Chair of Deep South ITE. David joined DE in June 2007 following his graduation from LSU.
