Project Description

DE provided design, construction management and resident inspection for an increase in capacity to the existing 24th and Delaware Lift Station to 10,200 gpm.

Hydraulic design includes calculation of system curves used in selecting both 300 and 150 HP pumps that discharge into a parallel force main network (24-inch and 16-inch diameter). The rehabilitation includes replacing pumps, piping, electrical components, and rehabilitation of the existing structure along with the installation of a permanent standby diesel generator.
