DE Business Continuity during COVID-19

DE is adhering to state and local public health directives and we’ve asked our team members who do not need to be in our offices to begin working remotely effective today, March 23rd.
What does this mean for you, our client and partner?
Business Continuity. Our firm has proactively planned for this challenging time and we are technologically equipped to maintain and continue all communication and accessibility you have come to expect from our firm. Our virtual operations allow your dedicated Project Manager to keep your project(s) on schedule while ensuring continuity in the support services we are providing you.
Let us help you.
Our partnership is “essential to the continued critical viability of the infrastructure” in our region. Our Project Managers are personally reaching out to every client and coordinating with project contractors to reaffirm our commitment to serving you and our communities during this crisis while informing you of our telecommuting processes in place.
DE is here to help you and will be operating under our normal business hours. We are committed to bettering our communities. That is our mission and our promise to you.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to any of our team members.

Dear Clients, Partners and Friends:
As conditions surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to rapidly evolve, Digital Engineering is committed to the safety of our employees, our communities and the clients we serve. In the interest of health and safety, we’re continually monitoring news alerts and heeding the advice of public health experts in managing our risk as individuals.

DE will be maintaining all business operations and as of today, March 17, will be operating under normal business hours. For your convenience, we are offering virtual meetings immediately.

DE utilizes the virtual conferencing platform, Microsoft Teams, to conduct video conferencing and calls. This platform also allows us to share our computer screens with you so we have the capability to show you slides, plans, and any other documentation for your review. You do not need to install Microsoft Teams; our Project Managers will provide you a link to join as a guest within any Internet browser.

We are dedicated to business continuity and will maintain accessibility and communication with our clients and partners throughout this challenging time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to any of our team members.

Sincerely,
The Digital Engineering Team
