DE recently conducted a storm water seminar on Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) for local government and government entity administrators and operators. Held at the New Orleans Regional Planning Commission, DE’s Andrew Woodroof presented a session on “Small and Non-Traditional MS4s: What you need to know and how to implement your program” and “Industrial and High Risk Facilities: What you need to know, how to identify facilities, and how to achieve compliance.”
The workshop served as a forum for different municipalities in the greater New Orleans area to discuss challenges and share their strategies for complying with MS4 permit requirements.
