Senior Project Administrator

Are you looking to make an impact on infrastructure projects? We’re seeking a Senior Project Administrator to play a key support role within Digital Engineering’s Water Resources, Transportation, Program Management and Construction Engineering and Inspection Strategic Business Units. This position is responsible for supporting project managers as needed on project administrative duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in administrative and project functions

Travel
Travel to other DE offices as-needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Senior Project Administrator has a strong proficiency in Deltek VantagePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with project administration, excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, strong written and verbal communication skills, and customer service mindset with collaborative and proactive approach.
Duties within role include:
Full project creation in VantagePoint
Project management in VantagePoint through life of project
Project closeout in VantagePoint when project is complete
Weekly project reports for project managers
Project detail reports
Project plan updates and budget review
Folder and file management on the server
Assist with scope and fee proposals, agreements and amendments
Invoice review and transmittal letter creation
Invoice backup documentation
Project correspondence
Meeting coordination and documentation
Funding administration assistance
Field timesheet entry and review
Project related deliverable assistance
Any other general administrative project duties as needed
