Digital Engineering is one of four Joint Venture partners to perform Program Management services for the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. The JV, Airport Management Group (AMG) is tasked with managing the projects identified in the Airport’s Master Plan which includes over $73,000,000 in construction needs.

Runway Improvements
As part of our contract, DE is currently providing program management for the establishment of a standard Runway Safety Area (RSA) for Runway 31 and the removal of a state road from the associated Runway Protection Zone (RPZ). This will include removal of existing Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS), construction of a 200x200 foot blast pad, relocation of NAVAIDS, and realignment of public roadways.
