Infrastructure Development
Our work includes developing, implementing and managing utilities, drainage, coastal, transportation, and disaster recovery type infrastructure projects. We have been successful in obtaining $40 Million to date in funding for projects throughout St. John the Baptist Parish over our thirteen year working relationship from funding sources that include Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund, Water Sector Funds, American Rescue Plan Funds, EPA funds, Local Government Assistance Funds, Clean Water Environment Funds, Community Development Block Grants, RESTORE Act Funds, Hazard Mitigation Funds, FEMA Disaster Recovery Funds, Pontchartrain Restoration Program Funds, GOMESA Funds, and Delta Regional Authority Funds. An example of these initiatives include the Woodland Regional Wastewater Pump Station designed to promote sustainability and resilient infrastructure.
Hurricane Ida Recovery & Infrastructure Restoration
In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida from 2021 to date, Digital Engineering has worked side by side with Parish officials to assess damage, plan recovery, and restore infrastructure damaged from the storm. From roadways and drainage systems to public buildings and utilities, our team provided the expertise and coordination needed to move recovery projects forward efficiently. An example recovery project to repair infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Ida is the Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation.
Comprehensive Program Management
As Program Managers for the Parish, Digital Engineering provides coordinated oversight of public works, utilities, and capital improvement projects. Our team supports Parish leaders with project planning, design reviews, construction monitoring, and quality assurance, ensuring each project meets both technical standards and community goals. By working closely with multiple Parish departments, we help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver results that reflect the Parish’s vision for sustainability and resilience.
