Meet Senior Project Manager and Lead Transportation Engineer, David LeBreton, a Professional Engineer in LA, MS, and TX and Professional Transportation Operations Engineer (PTOE).
With over 10 years in traffic studies and traffic operations, David has been instrumental in enhancing traffic circulation, walkability and ADA accessibility, signage, parking, and safety for all transportation modes.
He is currently managing all traffic engineering components under DE’s LADOTD retainer contract for Safe Routes to School/Local Road Safety Program, Districts 02 and 62.
